Fritz Scheidies

Mr. Fritz. R. Scheidies,

President
Fritz has held a number of senior executive positions in marketing and sales over the last 35 years. He brings vast experience on the domestic and international arena in dealer development, marketing, finance and leasing. Fritz has researched and has been actively involved in the sale of Solar energy and Wind power for the last 5 years.

His vision for alternative energies is that ARC Solar Inc. will be well positioned in the growing North American market. Showing corporate responsibility for the environment has motivated Fritz to found ARC Solar Inc.
Gordon E. Pearson

Gordon E. Peterson,

Director of Corporate and Legal Affairs
Gordon, a founding partner at Carlyle • Peterson since 1995, has been legal advisor to public and private companies, as well as serving as an officer or director (including as corporate secretary) of a number of public, large private and not-for-profit corporations. Prior to joining Carlyle • Peterson, he was a partner in the law firm of Harrison, Elwood in London, Ontario, where he practiced corporate-commercial law with an emphasis on securities law since 1989. Previously, he was with the law firm of Aird & Berlis, Toronto, Ontario. He has been a lecturer at The University of Western Ontario Faculty of Law, the Law Society of Upper Canada Continuing Education and an instructor in the Law Society of Upper Canada Bar Admission course and the Canadian Institute of Management program.

   
Boda S. Vlahovich

Boda S. Vlahovich,

Project Manager of Architectural Design and Planning
Boda has a wide range of experience as an accomplished architect. His span of 35 years in the field include achievements as project manager, consultant and instructor for many major design and architectural projects in the private and public sectors. His experience includes the extensive use of the latest computer technology i.e. Autocad, as well as work with alternative energy sources such as solar designs for commercial and residential buildings.
   
Dr. John Walsh

Director of Training and Public Relations
Professor John Walsh has done extensive work in the field of education and computing and data processing in several countries. His experience has included curriculum development and teacher training in institutions of higher learning as well as large commercial organizations.
